Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Takeout flavor, on the table in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Amounts are for 4 servings. Use the dinner planner to scale a whole week and build one grocery list.

Method

  1. Cook 1 1/2 cups brown rice per its package.
  2. Stir the sauce: the soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, the minced garlic, and about 1 tbsp grated ginger.
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high, add the broccoli and a splash of water, cover, and steam-fry 3–4 minutes.
  4. Push the broccoli aside, add the shrimp, and cook until pink, about 2 minutes a side. Pour in the sauce and toss until glossy, 1 minute. Serve over the rice.
