Amounts are for 4 servings. Use the dinner planner to scale a whole week and build one grocery list.
Method
- Dice the onion and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot over medium-high and cook them 3–4 minutes. Add the turkey and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 6 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, the drained beans, and 1 cup water. Simmer 20–25 minutes, until thickened. Season with salt.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
